This was the second time I came here, first time for an emissions test, this time for a state inspection. I actually like coming to this shop. The service managers are always friendly and patient and don't treat me like an old lady. That's a big PLUS in my book.
I rarely ever have to go back here because they do such a great job when I do. I recently needed my car battery replaced on an 09 Honda Civic Hybrid and it was done WAY faster and WAY cheaper than I had imagined after seeing estimates around the area. Despite only seeing them ever other year, they stand out in my mind because of their cheerful demeanor and excellent service.
